Deposit Funds

To start trading internationally, you will be required to deposit as a minimum an initial deposit of EUR 250.

Financix offers you multiple ways to deposit and withdraw funds including bank transfer, credit, debit, online cards, and a selection of eWallets. Simply click on the deposit method that suits you best.

Withdraw Funds

Our priority is to provide you with secure payment methods that allow you to quickly invest funds as well as withdraw them from your account.

We have designed a simple two-step withdrawal process. Withdrawals can be made by credit/debit card, wire transfer, or Skrill.

Step 1 - Initiate the Request

Once you are logged in to your account, go to the “My Account” area. Then, simply click on the “Withdrawal” link, enter the withdrawal amount, and click on “Request a Withdrawal”.

Step 2 - Check the payment method

You will be presented with a list of your cards or other payment methods that you used during your deposits. Simply check the correct withdrawal method and select “Send”. If your withdrawal amount is lower or equals to your total deposit amount made by debit/credit card, you will receive your money back to the payment method you made the deposit with. If your withdrawal amount is higher than your deposit made by debit/credit card, the amount of your deposit will go into the form of payment in which you made the deposit with, and the profit will be transferred to you by alternative paying methods or wire transfer. Please note that withdrawals will only be made at source in your name. Funds may be withdrawn by you from your Account as long as such funds are not being utilized for margin purposes. Once your withdrawal request is approved, it will be processed by us. All withdrawal requests are initiated within 24 hours working days; however, all submitted withdrawal requests appear instantly on the account pending approval. All customer withdrawal requests must be processed in the currency in which the deposit was originally made. If the deposit currency differs from the transfer currency, the amount of the transfer will be converted by Financix into the transfer currency at the prevailing exchange rate. We hope this serves as a useful guide, but please ensure you read the Terms and Conditions in full, prior to taking any action.
