You will be presented with a list of your cards or other payment methods that you used during your deposits. Simply check the correct withdrawal method and select “Send”. If your withdrawal amount is lower or equals to your total deposit amount made by debit/credit card, you will receive your money back to the payment method you made the deposit with. If your withdrawal amount is higher than your deposit made by debit/credit card, the amount of your deposit will go into the form of payment in which you made the deposit with, and the profit will be transferred to you by alternative paying methods or wire transfer. All withdrawal requests are initiated within 24 hours working days; however, all submitted withdrawal requests appear instantly on the account pending approval. All customer withdrawal requests must be processed in the currency in which the deposit was originally made. If the deposit currency differs from the transfer currency, the amount of the transfer will be converted by Financix into the transfer currency at the prevailing exchange rate.
